Fixed an issue that prevented Foxy from running if the cameras were up and looking at a camera that wasn’t the west hall.

Fixed an issue that allowed Foxy to run when the power ran out.

Fixed a bug that caused Foxy to stay stalled while the cameras were down after going back to his cove if the player was looking at Pirate Cove.
